This is a cropped, open-front cardigan in thin, sheer chiffon, sometimes called a bolero or shrug. It covers the shoulders and upper arms, stops at the waist, and hangs open at the front so the dress or top underneath stays in view.
It comes in navy blue, black, army green, burgundy and white, in sizes S to 2XL.
The fabric

The fabric is a polyester chiffon: fine, soft and slightly see-through, with a narrow hemmed edge on the sleeves and fronts. It adds a layer without adding warmth, which is the point on a warm evening when a sleeveless dress feels a little too bare.
Because it is sheer, your arms and the outfit beneath show through softly. The white is the most see-through of the five colors; the black and navy the least.
The cut
