Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for the return shipping label and all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges are not guaranteed.

Customers may be asked to return the original item and place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be cancelled.
