A little cauldron that actually brews.
Fill it with plain water, drop the light-up puck in and plug it in. A cool white mist rises from the glowing water and curls over the rim while the colors cycle underneath it.
It is a tabletop prop for a porch step, a party table or a mantel, sized about like a large grapefruit: roughly 5.5 in across and 4.1 in tall. No fog fluid, no heat, nothing to burn.
How it works
Plain water in. Cool mist out.
The puck at the bottom is an ultrasonic mist maker. A small ceramic disc in its center vibrates so fast that it throws the water above it into a fine, cool mist. A ring of 12 LEDs around the disc lights the water from below and cycles through colors, so the mist takes on the glow as it rises.
Because it is only water, the mist is cool to the touch and there is no fluid to buy or smell. Switch it off, tip the water out and it is ready for next year.

What to expect from it.
A bowl-sized effect
The mist fills the cauldron and drifts a little over the rim. It is not a room-filling fog machine and it will not fog a yard.
Cover the puck
It works best with the puck under roughly an inch or two of water. Too little and it spits droplets instead of mist; if it splashes, adjust the water and keep it away from anything that should stay dry.
Top it up as it runs
The only thing it uses is water. Check the level now and then over an evening and add more as it drops. Do not let it run dry.
Where to put it
Porch step, party table, mantel.
- Front porch. On a step or a side table in a covered, dry spot, next to the pumpkins.
- Party table. As the centerpiece beside the candy bowl, where guests can look down into it.
- Mantel or windowsill. Anywhere a plug socket is within reach of the cord.
- Between seasons. It doubles as a small lit water feature on a desk or shelf.
Keep the plug-in adapter and the cord connector away from the water and out of the rain.
