Is it strong enough to actually cool you?

It is a personal fan, not an air conditioner — it moves air over you rather than chilling a room. Worn against the body that is the useful trade: a steady stream up your back or across your neck does more for how hot you feel than a bigger fan three feet away.

Is it quiet?

On the low setting it is a soft hum you stop hearing. On the top setting it is audible, as anything moving real air is. Most people leave it on low and step it up when they are outside.

Will it stay clipped while I move?
