For legs that feel heavy by the end of the day
This is a soft, self-adhesive herbal patch you press onto your calf, shin or the back of your knee and then forget about. No cream to rub in, nothing to wash off your hands, nothing to plug in. You put one on, pull your pant leg back down, and carry on.
What it is, in plain terms
Each patch is a flexible fabric-backed square with a granular tan herbal paste layer on the face and a clear adhesive border around the edge. The border is what holds it down; the paste face is what sits against your skin. It bends with the curve of a calf instead of tenting off it, which is the difference between a patch that stays put for a few hours and one you find inside your sock.
It is worn on the outside of the skin. There is nothing to swallow, nothing to inject and no device to charge.
What people use it for
- Helping reduce the appearance of varicose and spider veins
- Supporting healthy blood flow and capillary strength
- Easing the swelling, heaviness and tiredness that build up in the legs over a long day
Most of the people who reorder it tell us the same thing about when they use it: after a shift spent standing, after a long drive, or last thing at night with their legs up.
How you actually wear one
Skin needs to be clean and dry — lotion or sweat under the adhesive is the usual reason a patch lifts at the corners. Peel the backing, place the paste side down over the spot that aches, and smooth it outward from the middle so no air is trapped underneath. Then leave it alone.
When you take it off, wash and dry the skin before the next one goes on, and move to a slightly different spot rather than re-using exactly the same patch of skin every time.
You can cut it down
Each patch is bigger than most people need for one spot. It is fine to cut one in half with scissors and use the halves on two smaller areas — behind a knee and across an ankle, say. Cut before you peel the backing off, not after.
Specifications
We do not publish an ingredient list for this patch, because our supplier has not given us one. The pack and every supplier document we hold describe the face as a plant-extract or herbal paste without naming what is in it. If you have a known plant allergy, sensitive skin, or you react to adhesives, that is a real reason to skip this one — we would rather tell you that than guess at a list.
Before you use it
- Try a small piece on the inside of your forearm first and give it a few hours. If the skin goes red, itchy or sore, take it off and stop.
- Do not put one on broken skin, an open sore, a rash, or a leg ulcer.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or you are being treated for a vein or circulation condition, ask your doctor before using it.
- This is a comfort product you wear on your skin. It is not a substitute for medical care. New pain, a hot or hard vein, sudden swelling in one leg, or skin that is breaking down are all reasons to see a doctor rather than reach for a patch.
- Keep it away from children and out of direct sun. Store it sealed.
What arrives
One sealed pack of twelve patches. That is the whole product — there is no applicator, no gel, no second component and no refill subscription attached to it.
