A cost-effective alternative for neck pain relief
This three-layer cervical collar uses a simple hand pump to inflate to the level of support you want. Designed to relieve cervical pain and tension, it gives adjustable support to the cervical spine and helps relieve headaches, stiffness and dizziness — and it can help correct poor sitting posture and ease the fatigue that builds through a working day.
The flocked surface is soft and breathable, so it feels far more like a pillow against bare skin than a piece of medical equipment.
You control how much lift it gives
The pump lets you set the amount of air, and two hook-and-loop straps set the tightness separately — so it supports without choking or restricting your breathing. That separation matters: most discomfort with a traction collar comes from someone tightening the straps to get more lift instead of adding air.
Inflate slowly, and stop early
Fasten it first, then pump a few squeezes at a time. You are looking for a gentle lift, not a stretch — and ten to fifteen minutes sitting down is plenty to begin with. Let the air out slowly through the valve rather than pulling it off under pressure.
Deflates into a pouch
Let the air out and the whole thing rolls down into a small bag with the pump — so it goes in a suitcase or a work bag rather than living on a shelf at home. There is no assembly and nothing to set up at the other end.
Five colours
Rose red, blue, grey, purple or coffee — all in the same soft flocked finish, fitting necks from 12 to 17 inches around.

Stop and deflate immediately if you feel dizziness, numbness, tingling or increased pain. Speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before using a traction device if you have a diagnosed neck condition, have had neck surgery, or your pain follows an injury — traction is not appropriate for every neck problem.
