Two polished steel contacts sit against the skin under the jaw and deliver gentle pulses to the hypoglossal nerve and the mandibular muscles, promoting muscle tightening to reduce snoring and support smoother breathing through the night. There is nothing in your mouth and nothing up your nose.
Two ways to wear it
The same device, two fittings. The strap version puts the pod on a thin adjustable elastic loop that goes round the head, which most people find more secure if they move a lot in their sleep. The device-only version is just the pod held against the skin — less to feel, nothing round the back of your head.
Track it with the free app
The companion app records your nights, so you can see snoring patterns and whether they are changing rather than relying on whoever you share a bed with to tell you. Progress you can actually look at is what keeps this kind of device in use past week two.

Two inches long and about 14 grams — it disappears into a wash bag, and there are no pads, strips or refills to run out of on a trip.
One thing worth saying plainly
This is a consumer device for ordinary snoring. It is not a medical device and it is not a treatment for sleep apnoea. If snoring comes with gasping, pauses in breathing, or exhaustion during the day, that is worth a doctor's appointment rather than a gadget.
