Rechargeable keychain flashlight
A real flashlight, the length of your finger, on your keys.
Clip it to your key ring and forget it is there until the moment you need light: the keyhole at midnight, the fuse box, the dropped earring under the car seat, the dog walk after dark. Press the button and a bright white beam comes out of the lens end.
It charges over USB, so there is no button cell to hunt for when it finally dims, and the silver swing clip hooks it onto keys, a bag strap or a belt loop and doubles as a hanging hook.
Two kinds of light
A beam at the end, markers on the side.
The main LED sits behind a clear domed lens at the clip end and throws a wide white beam, enough to light a path, a keyhole or the inside of a cupboard. Along the body is a small oval window with three tiny coloured lights, red, white and blue, that act as a marker or attention light when you want to be seen rather than to see.
One button on the side runs everything: press to switch on and press again to step through the settings.
The swing clip
Hook it, hang it, stand it.
The silver metal clip pivots on two screws at the lens end and closes with a small spring gate at the other, so it snaps onto a key ring or bag strap and stays put. Swing it open and it becomes a hook: hang the light from a tent loop, a cord or a nail and the beam points down at your work.
The body is a short black cylinder with polished metal end rings, about as long as an adult's index finger, so it disappears into a pocket with the keys.

Worth knowing before you buy
The honest small print.
- It is a keychain light, not a torch for the whole back yard. The beam is bright for its size and ideal at arm's length to a few metres: locks, engine bays, cupboards, a path underfoot. For search-and-rescue distances you want a full-size flashlight.
- Charge it before the first use. Lights ship partly charged. Top it up from any USB port; the brighter the setting you use, the sooner it needs charging again.
- The side lights are markers, not a second flashlight. They are small coloured LEDs for being seen or for a little glow in a tent, not for lighting a room.
- The clip is a hook, not a magnet. It hangs and clips; it does not stick to metal.
- Keep the clip gate closed on your keys. The spring gate holds well, but check it is shut after you clip it on, as you would with any carabiner.
