Say goodbye to foot pain and fatigue
These are orthopedically proven insoles built to give your feet the relief they deserve — but they are not the flat foam sheets you have tried before. Each one is a molded three-quarter shell that sits under your heel and your arch, and stops behind the ball of your foot. The arch is the whole point: it is a firm raised curve that fills the hollow your shoe leaves empty.
The part most people get wrong: this is not a full-length insole. It covers about two thirds of your footbed, from the back of the heel to just behind the ball of the foot. Your toes sit on your shoe's own surface.
That is what makes it easy to live with — you drop it into the back of a shoe you already own, and you do not have to pull out the shoe's existing insole to make room at the front.
A matched pair — one for the left foot, one for the right. Shown in White; also available in Black.
Walk comfortably all day
The shell is molded from TPR — a firm, springy thermoplastic rubber that holds its shape under load instead of flattening out the way foam does. The ergonomic shape keeps your arch stable as you walk, which minimizes the threat of injuries and reduces pain through the day.
Underneath, the heel and arch carry a field of raised hexagonal nubs. They give the shell grip against the inside of your shoe so it stays put, and they let it flex where your foot flexes. The shell is springy enough to bend right over in your hand and snap straight back.
The oval heel opening
The large oval cut through the heel is not decorative. It takes weight off the center of the heel and lets the heel pad settle into the cup rather than sitting on a hard flat pan — which is the spot that hurts most for anyone dealing with plantar fasciitis or heel pain.
The underside: hexagon grip, the oval heel opening, and the arch crest at its highest point.
Lightweight and breathable
TPR is light, shock-absorbent and hard-wearing, with good air circulation and shock absorption for a shell this firm. Because it only covers the back two thirds of the shoe, the front of your footbed is left completely open. You can wear them to work, on walks and hikes, on marathons, or through any day that keeps you on your feet, without feeling weighed down.
Fresh and clean feet
The open three-quarter shape and the oval heel cut-out leave far more of the shoe uncovered than a full-length insole does, so air moves around the foot instead of being trapped under a solid sheet. The supplier rates the material as quick-drying and deodorizing, which helps keep shoes from going stale and your feet feeling fresh through the day. Wipe them with a damp cloth and let them air-dry, and they stay clean.
Beside an ordinary pair of trainers: each support is about two thirds the length of the shoe.
Fitting them
Because the support sits at the back of the shoe, it does not have to match your shoe's length the way a full-length insole does. There is nothing to trim and nothing to line up at the toe. Slide it in, push it back until the heel cup seats against the heel of the shoe, and press the arch down flat.

What arrives
One pair: two mirror-image pieces, one shaped for the left foot and one for the right, in the color you choose. They are molded and ready to use — no adhesive, no fabric cover to peel, nothing to assemble.
Arch supports are a comfort product, not a substitute for care from a clinician. If you have diabetes, nerve damage, a diagnosed foot condition or persistent pain, talk to your doctor or podiatrist before changing what you put in your shoes — and stop wearing them if they cause new pain.
