It comes out of the bag ready, not in a knot

Most agility ladders are webbing straps with loose plastic rungs threaded on. They tangle in the bag, the rungs slide out of line, and the first five minutes of every session go on untangling instead of training. This one is different: each square is a springy frame that holds its own shape, so the ladder lands flat and straight the moment you drop it.

What it actually is: a chain of identical square frames, hinged together at every rung. The frame springs back to shape on its own, and the rungs are polyester sleeves stitched over it — so there is no rope to knot and no loose rung to slide.

Because the squares pivot where they meet, the same chain lies flat as a ladder, folds up into hurdles, or closes into a ring. One piece of kit covers three drills.

Flat at the front, folded up into a hurdle behind — the same chain, rearranged in seconds.

One frame, three setups

This foldable agility ladder helps you build quicker feet, better balance, and smoother coordination in your everyday training. The layout encourages clean foot placement so you build rhythm and sharper reaction times, and it supports jump work, quick steps and directional changes that carry over to any sport.

Flat — ladderLay the whole chain out straight for in-and-outs, lateral shuffles, Icky shuffles and quick-feet ladder work.
Folded — hurdlesPivot pairs of squares upward into self-standing A-frames for hops, bounds and single-leg landings.
Closed — ringBring the ends together into a ring for reaction drills, cutting work and small-space conditioning.
Mixed — circuitRun flat squares into a hurdle and back again, so one lane trains footwork and jump height in the same pass.

Folded upward, two squares stand on their own as a hurdle — no separate hurdle set to carry.

Squares built for adult feet

Each square measures 16.54 x 16.54 in (42 x 42 cm) on the outside. That is a real adult stride box, not the narrow child-sized grid you get on cheap sets — you can plant both feet inside a square side by side and still have room to step out clean.

The rung is a polyester sleeve stitched over the frame, and the joint at each end is what lets the square pivot.

Folds down on itself, not into a knot

Twist the squares down on each other and the whole chain collapses into one flat stack you can drop in a kit bag or stand behind a door. Nothing to coil, nothing to thread back, nothing to unpick next session. It sets up on grass, gym floors, courts or concrete without fuss, and it holds its shape while you train instead of bunching underfoot.

Who it suits

  • Footballers, basketballers and rugby players working first-step speed and change of direction.
  • Coaches running team drills who want one piece of kit to cover ladder work and hurdles.
  • Home trainers adding footwork and conditioning to a HIIT or cardio session in a small space.
  • Parents setting up backyard drills — the squares are big enough for adults and forgiving for kids.

In the box: 1 x Agility Training Ladder.
Care: shake off grass and grit, wipe the rungs with a damp cloth and let them dry fully before folding. Do not machine wash.
Note: the rungs are fixed at the hinges — spacing is set by the square size and is not slidable.
