A handheld four-roller face massager, described plainly.
This is a palm-sized, cordless dome with four faceted metal rollers on its underside, one power button, three indicator lights and a clear snap-on cap. The seller lists it with an EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) microcurrent mode, and the face plate carries two metal contact pads beside the rollers. That is the whole product. Everything below is what we can verify about it, and what we do not claim.
Regulatory status
What the FDA position on devices like this is.
In the United States, a device that passes electrical current through facial skin for cosmetic toning is regulated by the FDA as a Class II medical device (21 CFR 882.5890, product code NFO), and it needs FDA 510(k) clearance before it is marketed for that use. Branded facial toning devices hold those clearances. This unit is an unbranded import, and chigous holds no FDA clearance for it.
We therefore make no claim that this device lifts, tones, firms or tightens skin, reduces wrinkles or fine lines, increases collagen or improves any skin condition.
