The neck support you can actually sleep in
Cervi Correct is a soft foam cervical collar. It wraps the neck in padded, fabric-covered foam and holds your head where you put it, so your neck is not doing the work while you rest.
It supports your neck through the night, helps hold your posture, and eases the strain of holding your head up. It is light, breathable and low-profile enough to wear on the sofa, at a desk, on a long flight, or in bed.
What it actually is
There is no rigid plastic frame, no inflation pump, no heat, no vibration and no electronics. It is foam, fabric and one strap — which is exactly why it is comfortable enough to keep on for hours.
What it helps with
Neck pain and strain
- Stabilises the cervical spine for better posture
- Reduces stiffness and tension overnight
- Supports injury recovery with gentle alignment
Sleep and snoring
- Helps hold the head in a position that keeps the airway open, which can reduce snoring
- Keeps your head in a comfortable position all night instead of folding onto your shoulder
- Designed for uninterrupted rest, whether you sleep on your back or your side
Long days at a desk
- Takes the weight of your head off your neck while you read, work or travel
- Light and breathable enough to wear for a long stretch without overheating
Getting the fit right — read this before you order
This collar comes in one size, and the two dimensions behave differently:
The one thing to check: measure the distance from the underside of your jaw to the top of your collarbone. That gap is where the collar has to live. If your neck is short, a fixed-height collar can press up under the jaw; if it is long, the collar will sit lower and feel less supportive. This is the most common reason a one-size collar goes back.
Fasten it so it is snug enough to take the weight of your head, and loose enough that you can swallow and breathe with no effort at all. If either of those is a struggle, it is too tight.
How to put it on
- Hold the collar with the deeper, scooped edge upward — that edge cradles the jaw.
- Bring it around the front of your neck first, then draw the ends together behind you.
- Press the strap down flat across the overlap at the back. Lift your hair out of the way first.
- Check you can swallow easily and turn your eyes freely before you settle down.
Before you use it
This is a comfort and support product, not a substitute for medical advice. If you have had a neck injury, an operation, or ongoing neck problems, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before using a collar, and follow their guidance on how long to wear it for.
Stop using it and speak to a clinician if you get numbness, tingling, dizziness, breathlessness, skin irritation, or if your pain increases while wearing it.
Do not wear it while driving — it limits how far you can turn your head. Unless a clinician has told you otherwise, build up wear time gradually rather than wearing it all day and all night from the start, and take it off for a while if your neck feels weak or stiff after wearing it.
Keep it away from open flame and direct heat. Not intended for children.
