Nothing touching your eyes
Flat sleep masks fail the same way: they press on your eyelids, they catch your lashes every time you blink, and they leave a crease across your face by morning.
This one is moulded with two deep domes, so the fabric sits away from your eyes entirely. The pressure lands on your brow and cheekbones instead, which is why you can wear it all night and forget it is there.
You can open your eyes inside it
There is enough depth in each cup to blink freely without your lashes brushing anything. It sounds like a small thing until you have worn a flat mask and spent the night aware of every blink.
The nose is where light gets in
Every mask blocks light across the front. The one that actually gets dark is the one that closes the gap either side of the bridge of your nose, and that is what the contoured cut-out is for. It is the difference between dim and dark.
It survives a pillow
Because the domes stand proud of the frame, lying on your side does not squash the mask into your eye. That is the specific reason side sleepers give up on flat masks, and it is the reason this shape exists.
Five colours, one size
Black, light grey, teal, navy or burgundy, all with the same black padded rim and adjustable strap. Hand wash it cool and let it air dry — the moulded foam does not belong in a machine.
