Adjustable Exercise Loading Weight Vest - Up to 65lbs Weighted Vest Adjustable for Exercise
Couldn't load pickup availability
Bodyweight training stops getting harder the day your bodyweight stops changing. A loading vest is the cheapest way past that: the same walk, the same push-up, the same flight of stairs, only heavier.
Read this before you order. This is the vest only. It arrives as an empty shell with open pockets and no weights of any kind inside — no plates, no sand, no filler. "Up to 65 lbs" is how much load the vest is built to hold, not what ships in the box. You supply the fill.
What you actually get
One black adjustable loading vest, empty. Six tall pocket channels run side by side across the front panel, and two wide hook-and-loop straps run horizontally across all six to hold whatever you put in them. Padded sleeves sit on the shoulder straps. Two webbing straps down each side pull the whole thing in through flat metal slide buckles.
That is the entire package. Nothing else is in the box.
Why people buy the shell on purpose
An empty vest is not a downgrade for everyone — for some buyers it is the point. You are not paying to ship iron across an ocean, you are not stuck with one manufacturer's plate size, and you can start light and build up using fill you choose yourself. Buyers commonly load these channels with flat steel plates or with sealed sand bags sized to the pocket.
If you wanted a vest that arrives ready to wear at a set weight, this is not that product, and we would rather you knew that now than on the day it lands.
How it goes on
The shoulder straps fold over the top of your shoulders and fasten back on themselves, so the drop length changes with you. The side straps then draw the panel in against your ribs. There is one size and it adjusts — there is no size chart to get wrong.
It is cut to be worn over clothing. A t-shirt or a long-sleeve top underneath is the normal way to use it, and it keeps the webbing off bare skin.
Where the load sits
Every pocket is on the front panel. The back panel is plain. That is worth knowing before you buy: a front-loaded vest pulls forward through the shoulders rather than hugging you front and back, which some people prefer for walking and stair work and others dislike for running. Load it in stages and find out where your own limit is rather than filling every channel on day one.
Specifications
Panel dimensions are the supplier's figures for the front panel laid flat, not a body measurement. The weight of the empty shell is not documented by the supplier and we have chosen not to estimate it.
Who it suits
- Rucking, hill walking and stair work, where a front load is easy to live with
- Push-ups, dips, pull-ups, squats and step-ups, where you want to add load in small increments
- Anyone who already owns flat plates or sand bags and wants a carrier for them
Who it does not suit
- Anyone who needs weights in the box on arrival
- Anyone who wants load balanced front and back for distance running
Looking after it
Empty every channel before storing or cleaning. Wipe the shell down with a damp cloth and let it dry in open air — do not put a loading vest through a washing machine, and do not tumble dry it. Check the hook-and-loop straps for grit now and again; that is what keeps them gripping.
