A single 6.6 ft (2 m) vine of fabric maple leaves on a bendable wire stem, in the greens, golds, ambers and deep reds of a real October tree. It goes up in a minute and comes down in a minute, and it looks the same next October.
No water, no dropping, no bare patch by Thanksgiving. It lives in a box eleven months of the year and still comes out looking like it did the day it arrived.

Along a mantel
Lay it on the shelf and let the leaves break over the front edge. One strand runs the width of a standard mantel, which is the job most people buy it for.
Down a banister
Wind it loosely around the handrail. The wire stem holds whatever shape you bend it into, so it stays where you put it without tape or ties.
Down the table
Run it along the center of the table as a runner for Thanksgiving dinner. It lies flat, it is light, and nothing on it can spill.
The honest part
One strand is one strand
Most garland listings, ours included until today, showed a whole doorway or a full mantel dressed top to bottom. That takes several strands. Our own customers said so plainly: one called it sparse, another worked out that the photo must have been two strands together, and a third simply wrote that if you want it full, order double.
So here is the straight version. You are buying one 6.6 ft vine. Across a mantel or down the middle of a table, one is right. Framing a front door, or filling a long banister the way the styled photos look, takes two or three. The gallery on this page now shows one strand doing one job, so you can count what you need before you order rather than after.
The build
Fabric leaves on a wire vine
The leaves are cut and printed fabric, veined and speckled so they read as leaves rather than as plastic cut-outs, and they run through the full autumn range on a single strand — olive green at one end of the spectrum, gold and amber through the middle, burnt orange and burgundy at the other. Small clusters of little orange berries sit among them.
They are wired onto a thin brown wrapped-wire stem. That is the part that matters in use: the stem bends and stays bent, so the garland follows a rail, a corner or a curve without anything holding it. There is a small twisted wire loop at each end, which is what you hook over a nail or a cup hook.

What is not in the box
Fall garland photography is famously generous. These are the things people assume are included, and are not.
- No lights. There are no LEDs, no fairy-light wire and no battery box. Pre-lit fall garland is a different product. If a photo you have seen of this item showed lights woven through it, that photo was of the lit version and it has been removed from this page.
- No pumpkins, no wreath, no loose leaves. The styled shots on listings like this one are usually a whole seasonal display. You are buying the vine.
- One strand, not a set. One order is one 6.6 ft garland. Multi-strand lineup photos belong to multi-packs.
- It arrives compressed. It ships folded in a flat bag, so it comes out flattened on one side. Open the leaves out with your fingers and bend the stem back into shape before you hang it — ten minutes of fluffing is the difference between the product photo and a disappointment.

Leaf count per strand, exact fabric composition, stem gauge and weight are not published by the supplier, so none of them are stated here and none have been estimated. This garland carries no flame-retardancy rating and none is claimed — keep it away from open flame, candles and light bulbs, as you would any fabric decoration.
Honestly
Where this is the wrong garland
- You want it outdoors all season. Rain, frost and direct sun will fade and limp fabric leaves. Under a covered porch it is fine; on an exposed door through November it is not.
- You want it lit. Buy a pre-lit garland, or run your own separate fairy lights alongside it. Nothing here lights up.
- You want a dense, expensive-looking swag from one strand. It is a slim vine at a slim price. Two or three strands twisted together gets you the magazine look; one does not.
- You need it perfect out of the bag. It ships compressed and needs shaping by hand. If that sounds like a chore, this is not the product.
- You want a real botanical. These are fabric leaves. Up close they read as good artificial leaves, not as a tree branch.
