In a controlled crossover trial, cyclists riding for thirty minutes in a room-temperature gym while wearing an upper-body sauna suit reached core temperatures, heart rates and sweat rates that were \u003cem\u003estatistically indistinguishable\u003c\/em\u003e from riding the same thirty minutes in a 45 °C room with no suit at all.\u003c\/p\u003e\n    \u003cp style=\"font-size:17px;margin:0 0 22px;\"\u003eThat is the reason to own one.
